As the Pinot Noir is the predominant cultivar here, it’s no surprise that has such a lovely salmon colour. The palates a mouth full of tiny berries with amazing flavours which challenges any dish, however it surprises one as it has such an elegant nose.
Waterford Rose-Mary | R 235
A wine produced by whole bunch pressing various red grape varietals, this giving the wine a lovely transparent pink colour. The aroma is minerally driven with delicate raspberry fruit undertones. The natural acidity from the different Mediterranean varietals add a lovely soft texture to the wine and provides for a crisp and fresh finish.

Lively ruby red. Clean expressive red fruit aromas are prevalent on the nose. There are lovely undertones of fresh strawberries and subtle mocha coffee notes. The fresh, lingering, red fruit characteristics are well supported with soft vanilla flavours. The wine is well integrated with gentle tannins, and soft elegant finish.

The nose seduces with beautiful ripe blackberry and dried fruit aromas along with spicy undertones. This wine is well structured with elegance and mouth filling fruit flavours. Hints of cedar wood, mint and spice flavours follow through on the palate.

Beyerskloof | R205
Primary fruit aromas leading to an abundance of plum and black cherries against mocha, cedar and sweet spicy notes. Strong plum flavours with velvet tannins that is well structured, yet elegant and soft. Medium-bodied with a fresh and superbly balanced finish.
Cappupinoccinotage | R210
The quintessional earthiness and sweet red berry flavours of Pinotage were possibly being overpowered by too much wood in some cases. Would it therefore be possible to make a seductive wine with the focus on softer mocha and ground coffee flavours, while retaining the inherent fruity attractiveness of the cultivar.

Intense ruby red colour. Rich blackcurrant and cherries on the nose. Intense dark fruit flavours on the palate that combines well with sweet vanilla oak aromas. Ideal wine with Indian spicy dishes or well matured steak.

The wine has a deep ruby red garnet. The nose shows great complexity with flavours of ripe black fruit, cassis, tomato leaf and cigar box. On palate, the wine shows great concentration and a firm tannin structure, supported by black fruit like blackcurrant and hints of wood spice.
Rust en Vrede | R 725
Deep ruby colour with rich cigar box and tobacco leaf aromas are full and savoury, with notes of violet and ripe black fruits. Juicy yet structured, this wine brings forward a classic Cabernet Sauvignon character with a full palate of firm finish.

Bright ruby red colour. Beautiful black fruit and cassis aromas are apparent on the nose, with notes of Cajun spice that is supported with a delicate fynbos line. The combination creates an elegant wine that is true to its varietal character.

The wine has a complex nose with overtones of black and white pepper, pomegranate, cigar box, cloves and spice. On the palate, there is vibrant red fruit, blackcurrant and dark chocolate flavours, under-pinned by well integrated oak with a long spicy finish.

The wine itself is a Bordeaux-style blend, with all the fruit coming from the estate, and made predominantly from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. A Plum and cigar box aromatic prelude a multi-layered palate with an elegant tannin structure.

A Bordeaux-style blend in the finest tradition. Dense, blue-black in colour with gorgeous hues of violet. A very deep youthful colour and intense, almost purple hue. Very classic Rubicon nose with violets, ripe plum, cedar wood and intense spiciness. The palate is full-bodied, structured, and packed with fresh dark fruit and rounded, linear tannins.

Mulderbosch Sauvignon Blanc Noble Late Harvest | R40 per serving or R250 per bottle
Striking amber appearance with verdant hues. Beautiful developed botrytis notes of dried pear, mango and fresh hay dominate to the nose. Succulent flavours of preserved cling peaches and quince paste on the palate are supported by subtle oaky tones reminiscent of hot buttered toast. A fine acidity heightens fruit purity and underpins a long and flavourful finish.
Glen Carlou The Welder | R45 per serving or R270 per bottle
Made by using a centuries-old process of drying grapes on straw in order to concentrate the flavour. Deliciously sweet, yet still bright, fresh and complex wine with honeyed characters and hints of lemon.
Terra Del Capo Sangiovese | R 210
Bright cherry and blueberry aromatics which then give way to a palate packed with similar juicy, cherry flavour. Spicy highlights too. Smooth, rounded and delightfully ripe, the vivacious fruitiness is skill-fully balanced by a gentle hint of oak which adds depth. Complex and yet approachable, it lingers with a light cocoa farewell.
Spice Route Grenache | R 315
Vibrant light red colour. Red berry fruit and subtle pepper harmonize with cardamom and iron-like spice. This elegantly built wine benefits from a lightness which does not hinder its complexity. Fine tannins and good acidity will help this wine evolve well over the next few years in thebottle.
